Here are the commit messages since my last release:

Write a changelog entry for users (not developers). Group into "New", "Better", "Fixed". Leave out internal refactors and dependency bumps. One line per change, starting with what the user can now do. Add a one-sentence intro for the most important change.

· Post the top change on X with a short clip; changelogs are easy launch-week content.
